THEME: STAR WARS - we're really going to go out, this will be the test event for a bunch of new concept ideas, so expect an extreme uppage in the amount and quality of decorations. From a full galaxy above your head to custom star wars themed visuals by a proper VJ, this will truly blow your mind!

Of course we don't expect you to have a closet full of Stormtrooper armor, which is why we've sent Imperial droids on a mission across the ice asteroids of Quebec and wastelands of Ontario to gather together as many troops as possible. They're shitty pics but you get the idea - this is an external hard drive enclosure that you can stick any normal hard drive in. It connects to computers or laptop via USB or Firewire, it's plug n play and works instantly.

I'm throwing in a Maxtor 5400rpm 20Gig hard drive as well. It all comes together, so this is basically a portable 20 gig hard drive you can take anywhere with ya.

Sorry guys, as i said before, the event isn't a 'hardcore party'. It's a hardcore/hard trance party, and it's clearly advertised that way. Although I agree that things got too fluffy at this one, we will continue to mix hard trance and hardcore together, and in the future you'll be seeing headliners like Scot Project and Lab 4 mixed with Delta 9, Endymion, etc. at these events.

Hey Everyone

Just wanted to say thank you for coming out and supporting us at Hard as Fuck 2. I think overall everyone agreed that it was fucking awesome, twice as good as the first one!

We have appreciated everyone's comments and are making a list of suggestions to make sure that our future events keep getting bigger and better.

Venue: We did indeed hit capacity by 1am, and I am sorry for all those who were not able to get in. This is the second time we've sold out our venue, so remember in the future to always buy your tickets in advance . . . not only is it cheaper for you, but it guarantees you'll get in! We always rent venues with the idea of hitting the legal capacity.

Hardcore vs Trance: I've noticed some people saying there should have been more hardcore. The HAF parties have been promoted as a combination of hardcore and hard trance, so there will always be a good amount of trance at our events. However I agree that the hardcore was spread out too much at this event and it got a bit too fluffy at times. We will make sure the balance is better in the future.

We want to thank all the djs for their amazing sets, Lenny Dee for being a fucking awesome dude, and everyone who came from QC City, Montreal and everywhere inbetween to party with us Montreal people. I hope to see everyone on January 29th for Rave Wars, and after that Hard as Fuck 3 in March.

We dropped off a final 50 at psychonaute about 30 mins ago. Should hold out till tommorow afternoon. Or not :-p

24 hrs in advance along with the venue. PS Lenny just cleared customs 10 minutes ago and is now in Toronto for the first of his weekend gigs :)

I think we should all stop worrying about what other people do to enjoy the party. I agree thought that things that take space like poi shouldn't be done in crowded parties and definately not in the middle of the dancefloor.

Yeah we dropped a bunch more off but they're already almost gone. We're printing more tickets and will be putting them in stores ASAP.

This is gonna be an awesome event, I know Bubblecore and Tipsy T are gonna reprezent Synergy well. I'll probably come and get messy at this one too :)

120 people toggled to attend on [ rave.ca ] alone. Looks like we have another 75 people from xvi toggled to come too. This is looking like it's gonna be nuts!

Oh just a heads up for everyone wondering where the venue is:

GEORGES VANIER METRO STATION

For now that's all we'll say, the venue is 5 minutes from this
metro station. A reminder too that we'll be going from 10pm
to 10am, and we're expecting a capacity crowd. To make sure
that the overheating issues that occured don't happen again,
we'll have a few industrial fans going.

This event is *not* being helded at the Rainbow Ltes and *not*
at the Pullman garage venue. It's definately gonna blow people
away!

Anyone know where i can get one of these and how much i'd expect to pay?

Fido just got bought by Rogers, they combined the networks. Fido phones now have much better coverage, especially outside the city
