Yeah it's a nice neighborhood, we're in the uppidy area, not the ghetto side. As for smokers, you can smoke, just not in the house. We've got a full backyard so in the summer it won't be a big deal at all

- Available: May 1st

- Location: 5254 Ponsard, Montreal - right off the decarie, 5 mins walk from both Snowdon and Villa-Maria metro stations (Orange and Blue lines)

- Cost: 466 + Bills (~70 a month)

- Type of house: 8.5 room duplex, we have the first floor and finished basement of the building.

- The room for rent is on the main floor and has a window looking out onto the backyard.

- We have a full back and front yard.

Situation: 2 guys and a girl living here, with the girl leaving once school is done.

- The kitchen is massive, there's a large living room and a second living room in the basement. 2 bathrooms. The bathtub is a jaccuzi style tub.

- Neighbors upstairs and next door never complain about noise, the way the place is built we can make hella noise in the basement (which is our studio) and no one else can really hear it.

- Bedroom for rent is located at the back of the house, away from the studio so you don't hear anything when you don't want to.

- House comes with 2 cats, so don't be allergic. We're not against the idea of another cat coming with you, but it'd have to not be a psycho. No dogs

- Extreme High Speed Wireless on site :-)

- Dispite the fact that we're rave promoters, we're pretty private people. The house is relatively quiet and we don't have parties here or people over all the time.

- Smoking in the house is definately no. Drugs in the house are definate no. Feel free to do what you will, but we don't want someone who'll have dealers over or dimebags lying around the house.

- Comes with Dishwasher, washer, dryer, and a house full of furniture n all that shit.

- Two storage rooms in the basement for all your shit if you need it.

Synergy will be doing stuff there over the summer. The Rave Bylaw is on the edge of being revoked, it'll be good times for everyone then!

The whole idea of flow is a bit bunk in my opinion. People aren't such zombies that a shift from one dj to another is gonna completely knock them out of their flow. When we were throwing parties in ottawa we used to go from trance to techno to happy hardcore to psy to house to hardcore and that was the actual order! Freak things up, change it up, have fun with it!

I'm really excited to play the main room of Gravity. Any sound system that you can crawl into the bassbins makes me happy. I'm going to pull out so many massive hands-in-the-air tracks it'll be sick. This'll be the official re-launch of my djing now that I've settled into Montreal, I'll be giving out 50 copies of my new CD 'Sunstopping' to people who have made it to the end of the night.

Dunno if people knew this but i had a rep in Ottawa as THE morning trance DJ, I played pretty much every rave and my signature is high-energy epic - none of the pansy progressive floaty shit, this is banging stuff!
