i have the Edirol PCR32 and at one point i had to send it back to Roland to have the bread board replaced for the key contacts on half the keys. they were cool about it. They could've charged me since it wasn't under warranty,they knew i had done a ton of my own testing on it, i even spoke to the tech that worked on it. so in the end it only cost me shipping. Other than that its a great little controller, and i believe they're a lot cheaper than when i bought mine.

well actualy DMTio,i do have an Alesis HR-16 digital drum machine. It's really more of a conversation topic than something i use to make tunes... the buttons to trigger sounds are pretty finished, and using the sequencer is an absolute pain in the ass considering he buttons dont respond. but i have had it hooked up b4 and the sound module in it still sounds fine. its among the earlier digital drum machines so its got this kinda lo-fi quality to it.
make an offer...OR i would be willing to trade this with anyone who's got an equaly useless sound generating machine =]

if i remmeber corretly, the drums only output on channel 1. output only, you'd have to rig some midi-jack Mcguyver craziness to unlesash the power of those 12 sounds....12!!

do you mean the 44? it only has 4 outputs. AND it doesnt come with a super kik-ass custom snake that would normally cost you over $150 to have made after the fact anyways...

i strongly suggest chekkin out the manufacturers web-site. most of the time i dont even look for my cds anymore.

most of the better home amps will push 4 ohms (Harmon kardon, Marantz ) OR get another one and wire them to 8ohms and run them as one mono channel.
