I think telus is the best.. its like pay as you go but free nights and weekends.. so even when you run out of minutes you still have it for the rest ofd the month (or till your card expires) free nights and weekends.
Rogers is TRYING to do the same but its a scam.. its 5cents a minute nights and weekends but day time is 36 or 39 cents a minute.. reeeeediculous.
