it's like a teacher who will complain about teaching the same thing every year. It's only because every year, it's new student. (no i don't mean by that that we are teacher and noob are student, but well more experienced people are the teacher and less one the student, it's just a way of life no?)

good question there, i thought we were talking like a verbal agreement between two persons, not while being film..

i guess since you can proove the agreement, since being recorded, it does count

the problem with verbal agreement is only that, the prooves that are missing.

verbal agreement in quebec means nothing

if you have no proof that the person have agree, well you can and will get screw. if he change his mind and doesn't want is image to be associated with your works (whatever it is) and haven't sign anything, well, his gonna win
