i think its because people that listen to goa really like the music, unlike most of the other styles that people listen to just to be cool.. the proof of what i say; there's old hippies at goa parties..

the only real advantage is the extra nob for your headphones.. lets you really control the volume of all your channels.. i think they call it the "mix" nob or something..

yeah. prog house.. for me, when a style is called prog anything, it means that the proggesion of the song is the main focus. As apose to all the hard bashing sounds just randomly thrown into the track.. like, the sounds evolve throughout the song, without really changing the rythm nor the structure.. Focusing on small changes in the sounds already heard throughout the track. Its most probably very predictive music.

maybe i'm totally off, cause i dont listen to house all that much, but like carlso, it seems pretty obvious just by the name.. prog.. hehe :)
