I used to live in Aus before I moved to MTL and it's hard to avoid shark-infested waters because Aussie is surrounded 360 by the sharkiest waters on earth. This attack happened in the South, the other one in the North (great barrier reef), but the west coast north of Perth is the most notorious. There's a bay where falling in is almost certainly fatal.

My guess is this, no nuking yet. with 51-48% going on, it'll most likely be a civil war, if it gets that bad. PLus it'll be civilization vs. 1930 rural relics. Check the map. Bush could likely relocate his office and residence back down to Texas, given that the current whitehouse is behind a barricade 16 feet high and covered in barbed wire. Might as well abandon it especially with DC voting over 90% for Kerry.
So civilized would fight rural, and it would all end once the north has stormed down to texas and burned it to the ground. Really, anyone can farm, so replacing farmers is easier than replacing your car's air compressor.

ST-ROCH-DE-L'ACHIGAN, Que. (CP) -- Two people were killed on Monday when a small propeller aircraft caught fire and plunged from the sky in this town northeast of Montreal.

The plane went down in the morning, landing just metres from a home near a regional airport, said all-news channel LCN. The channel said two men died on impact.

Eyewitnesses said the plane was on fire and appeared to be having engine problems prior to the crash, added LCN.

St-Roch-de-l'Achigan is about 40 kilometres northeast of Montreal.

From my balcony I could see a pretty big plume of black smoke, like an explosion, rising up east of La Cite complex. Hope nobody's hurt.

That new crap song "Feeling Just too Damn Good" sounds like it tries brilliantly to cover as many commercial industries as possible (I can see it used in all ads from Travel, Beer, Health Food, Cars, Sports, Herpes Cream, Buying Things, etc...).
