My personnal preference when role playing is to play the most weird character, playing someone or something to much like yourself or like you would like is not very satisfying in my opinion.

that said, many of the best games I played, I played character that were not that weird.

I don't like religions, but that does not mean i think that all religious people are bad, and good religious people understand that not believing in god (a god or their god) does not make a person less good.

I guess one of the things I hate the most about religion is that people delegate the job of thinking for them ,sometime to a religious leader sometime someone dead for over a thousand years....,

someone who is good even if they are religious will realize when something is inherently wrong while fanatics will stop using reason and their own judgment...so when I hear that faith is a great virtue he get seriously pissed off
