As far as age is concerned, I do not strongly believe in generally accepted laws or regulations into the personal lives of free human beings(sex, drugs, education, curfews, etc...). I DO strongly believe that under no circumstances should anyone ever influence or unjustly or immorally harm another human being regardless of the cause, action or circumstance. Young girls can be mature and older girls can immature. What matters is the person, their best interest and the unhindered ideal or moral and justified actions in every situation. For example, I personally believe that anyone under 16 years old (some might argue older or younger) doesn't have enough experience to thoughtfully and rightfully gauge the consequences of serious activities like sex. It would therefor be wrong to take advantage of that lack of experience or naivety in any way.
Besides, inexperience means crappy sex! Girls in their 20s for me all the way!!
