Well I already have Pioneer HDJ1000 for DJing and I think they are awesome, I was told not to produce using them though and so I am looking for a good pair (brand new) or a great pair (ebay) of studio quality headphones purely for producing with. I need to hear what my music will sound like to others.
I guess the real deal here is that i don't have enough cash for a studio monitor and need some headphones to produce with. My price range is 70$-200$ MAX. thx

This is a pair-posting thread. The topic is the story of a man or woman or any character that could be related to the previously mentioned character.

Let's just say we are writing a thrilling action adventure book but only in obstacle/escape, riddle/answer, problem/solution terms.
I will start off with a horrible issue no adventurer ever wants to face and then you have to come up with the solution.

I don't live by not superimposing bass lines... but I do mix without superimposing bass lines. Why? Because in Psytrance or Goa... the bassline is the heart; two hearts?! What the hell is that?

But you're right, there's nothing that can't be done with the right tracks and that is the important part of mixing. I don't know if you directed any post at me, even though I remember saying something about never having two basslines playing simultaneousle, but I am most def open minded. In fact I am contantly changing my mind everything, and imo for the better.
