I have recently come across a very tempting opportunity in the form of a cheap-close-to-downtown loft that might prove to be perfect for studio space. At roughly 600$, I want to get three or four people together to build, maintain and dominate the montreal music scene with a brand new studio that we would be building. There are basically two big rooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom. The price is RIGHT and the location is killer.

it's a 6 minute walk from Papineau metro, with restaurants, a grocery store, gas station and everything you need within 5 minutes of walking.

I already have a good computer, awesome sound card and great software and some hardware to add. Let me know if you are interested and we'll discuss this more.
