| Coolness: 510235 | I was mad impressed by the sound system to be honest... the deco too! *** also, and I mean no disrespect, but why do people like Cosmic Orgasm so much? I find it severely lacking in 'qualité sonore" I gotta say though that for the FIRST time ever I actually liked one or two of their tracks, which surprised me cause I've never heard of sort of musical 'finesse' in their music until then. The set started with a major snafu that left us all standing around with no music for almost 10 minutes and they brought all their usual cheesy and horrible EQ'd and non mastered tracks out for us to listen to. no points loss for loving their own music tho, they danced up a storm :) |

| Coolness: 510235 | The sand is bad in the sense that it bounces the bass back up very randomly.... Normally random bounces is a good thing because it won't cause sounds cancellation or boosting but in this case it happens so close to the speaker that the whole bottom end is just muddy. Now the mids and highs are travelling at 300+mph, bouncing off the solid hard walls 60 meters away and coming back, creating a noticeable long delay reverb and most definitely causing slight resonance/boosting/cutting effects, but it depends where you are standing so it's differently fucked up everywhere. The speakers were also a bit too far apart and not nearly powerful enough for the room size so the sound was just mediocre no matter how close you were to the speaker.... in fact, closer to the speakers meant louder but less stereo image and vice versa. It's no one's fault, the acoustics of the room are just horrible and nothing but giant curtains and a new floor can change that.. good party tho! |

But as I was saying before the main contribution psy has in terms of fashion and general politcs is to dress like a flake who never washes and to flail your poi about every chance you get, never get a decent job, and basically drop acid too often to be useful to the world. So go on, I suppose this is of course more cliché shit coming from me, I am after all such a cookie-cutter guy. for someone who doesn't care, you sure have a lot to say about it. |
