Well I have one person working coat check but I need three or four throughout the night total... if enough people show up each person could work 3 hours and party the rest...
we'll need to screen our selections though cause I can't have everyone want to work the same three hours and then leave before I really need them...

I assume that when signing up for the site in the first place, you click 'agree' on a long legal agreement that states in legalese that you forfeit all rights to everything you do on the site. If you don't like it, delete your account.
As far as responsibility is concerned, what Noah said is right on, he's got tons of time to comply, but even at that, generally the site isn't held liable for the actions of it's users, not in Canada anyway, yet.

facebook is a slight different story but there you can report photos and get them removed. I guess it's just up to us in the long run to realize that we live in a world where people can do pretty much whatever they want. legal or illegal, in good or bad taste, shit happens, be ready! :)
and then you gotta ask yourself, how do those people in those gurn photos feel?
I personally see horrible photos of myself, and can laugh at them :)

if people don't want their picture taken while they are doing 'something', then they shouldn't be doing that 'something'. Security by obscurity has been proven to be a horrible and stupid way to go about things.

as far as crap pictures are concerned, I only consider a picture bad if you can't see anything in it. so long as there is one part of it, be it a person or some art that looks nice or somehow interesting, the pic should be there.
I am sick of girls selfishly determining that a pic sucks because THEY don't look their best in it. Some of those photos have other people in them that look alright and those people deserve to see their photo. I think it's a question of the least common denominator: "If there's at least one part of the photo that is worth sharing, share it."

I do, however, believe that [ rave.ca ] should employ some automated method of getting photos removed. Like completely blurred or black images should be easy to report and get removed without Noah having the check all of them. I would volunteer to do some 'reported photo' checking though, as I have lots of time to kill :)

I disagree, those t-shirts are pretty cool, and their art is original...
what's awesome about them is that under blacklight, you see only the art and not the shirt really, any other color t-shirt doesn't give you that contrast.
and as far as creativity is concerned, great for girls, doesn't work for guys. Most of us who still live in the real world (haven't taken acid more than 5 times) need common concepts taken just a step further... 'weird' things were all tried during the 80's and let us please leave them there. :) happy new year!
