Things is, you're not going to get away with being able to mix without spending some serious cash.
I wouldn't recommend Traktor, i've heard nothing but bad things. If you are serious about this, buy some CDJs or Turntables, if you just want to play around, i have no real advice.

just today. DnB is awesome, and like. DJ Psytrance is great, but I believe a DJ should be able to spin any style...
DnB I can imagine is one of the complicated one due to it's high bpm and high variations in BPM from song to song.

fuck, I was at Club Bacchus playing a set and they have Technics CDJs. So not intuitive...
like there's no way to manualy set a queue point, you have to hit it head on and then the vinyl job is WAY too sensitive... almost impossible to slow a track down without nearly making it go into reverse.

Do any of you have any tips for mixing drum and bass using CDJ's? Does the .7% rule work?

Limited Edition because I only want some basic criticisms and opinions.
I made this track in less than 24 hours and yet it's one of the most complete tracks I've ever made. The catch is that it's not full on. It's progressive, so to speak.
