even in Montreal, find me a 2 1/2 downtown for less. Might exist, but not where you can make all the noise you want and live so close to school you can leave after class starts and still get there on time.

Me and my girlfriend have been there 5 months now, it's great for us, but it's not big enough for parties... unless you have minimal furniture and don't mind people being in your bedroom. I think a bachelor would love this place though, the location is killer and on your own, you would have plenty of room. Two sets of clothes really fills the closets to the max is'all.
