| Description: | __________________________________________________ _ In most known metaphysical and mystical paradigms, there is a similar recurring theme: there are currents of life force energy flowing through human beings, allowing us to rejuvenate and heal ourselves, connect to wisdom and bliss, receive and impart insights and even heal others physically. In this **3 HOUR** workshop, we will explore how to become aware of these currents, consciously connect to them and begin to learn on how to guide this energy to heal ourselves and others. In the first part of the workshop, you will learn how to sense this life force energy (Prana/Chi), re-visit the Chakra system and practice some breathing techniques. In the second part, we will explore a few healing systems such as Reiki, Quantum Touch and others at a basic level. There will be subsequent workshops on more specific aspects of this material, so if you are interested in exploring the topic of energy healing, this basic workshop is a must. __________________________________________________ _ |
