| Info: | In the depths of winter, it is customary for people to venture south towards warmer climates, tropical weather, and sunny beaches. For those of us too broke-ass to do this, we present the second Synergy Pool Party! Held just a 10 minute walk from the Rideau centre, the Lowertown Community centre has been kind enough to host an evening of underwater shenanigans and tomfoolery. To add to the high diving, big splashing, slippy smashy fun, Lowertown comes equipped with above and below-water speakers so you can listen to some cool tunes even as your best friends drown you in the shallow end! Hosting the night with a collection of electronic music spanning the genres are Synergy residents Doc and Emm. But because they too have a serious desire for being submerged, we're also leaving the cd decks open to anyone dry enough to handle them! All this (and a steam room to boot) for only five smackeroos!
