Light Delight presents: Detroit Montreal Connection
April 18, 19 and 20, the weekend of Easter, bridge and resurrection.

You've been dreaming of going to Detroit, the phoenix city that gave birth to Techno, but don't have the time or the means? You've got three days, we've got three venues - motley and charming - to immerse you in the Motor City. Come and enrich yourself with the fiery vibes of Detroit and Montreal.

1. The inauguration takes place on Friday, April 18, from 6 p.m. to midnight. We're opening the doors of the Modular Studio to a small group of 50 guests, for an intimate experience and live musical performances recordings. In a nod to the very essence of the genre, we enable the authentic connection between DJs and the listener.

2. Saturday night is at the heart of the phenomenon. At the Blue Room, the audience is invited to let itself be carried away by the entrancing rhythms of vinyls fundamental to the genre, selected with experience and expertise. The stage will be filled with live performances by artists from both cities. This evening will embody the imaginary bridge that links techno fans to its roots and to today's artists. We welcome the mother city, and make it proud.

On Sunday midday, the Maison Mauve in carré Saint-Louis opens its doors to the most persistent, the early risers, lovers of vinyl, musical authenticity and the hard work of established and emerging artists. As sublime as it is decrepit, this place evokes and blends the soul and states of Detroit and Montreal. Our guest of honour from Detroit, local DJs and producers, and artists from a variety of disciplines will take over the space to celebrate the freedom to create and be. We have a special surprise in store for the unmissable 420 occasion.
