This morning there was firbomb placed and detonated in a jewish library/ school in ville saint laurent, montreal . No one was injured...but the thought of the specter of terrorism spreading to canada unerves me and cause me to very concerned. Today was the first day of the jewish holiday of passover and the attack was reported to be in response to the recent killing of hammas spritual leader Ahemed Yassin by isreal. I don't like to think that the conflict which has ragged for more then three years in the middle east between the isrealies and the palestinians could now spread to what are supposed to be safe(er) areas of the world. all this is very troubling.... |
