Help!! I Need Roommate Advice...

 Coolness: 92375 | I have two roommates, T* and J*
The lease is in T's name, and me and J pay our share of the rent to him. Problem: J doesn't have any money and hasn't paid any of February's rent. So basically, T will give up the place if he doesn't get J's rent. T will move in with his girlfriend, J will stay with friends, and I will be stuck without a place. Is there any way I can fight this? Whats the best thing to do in this situation? By the way, I only even need a place in Montreal till the end of april, then i'm taking off. |

jackie and I had a huge problem with our place. She and her were on the lease, she wanted out, so i had to take the lease under my name. So if you can find someone to take the slackers place you should be fine. |

I wish I could offer you a room, looks like my roommie is staying an extra month tho. Regardless, mi casa su casa if you need a temp place to stay few days and figure shit out. I got a big couch in my living room :) |
