D'you think you could finance the site by having banners for parties? or are ravewavers allergic to adds? post your comments on how you think it could be done.. or plane and simple piss on the idea if you feel like it. I'm still partial. But if it means Noah can get more cool gimmicks and actually $$$ for parties.. I'm ok with it. As long as it just pops up once when you log in. |

 Coolness: 686315 | In general, I ignore pop-ups. I'm using the combined might of Spybot, Addaware and Opera's own settings so that any "actual" adds and banners never show up. Makes pages load faster, less distracting, etc.
I can see the advantages of having them to help pay for hosting, but they're stull a royal pain in the ass I find. |

Think what you want man, but noah's still the king pimp when it comes to the Montreal scene : Nobody else would be crazy enough to spend as much money on people constantly bitching each other for reasons which are pretty ridiculous most of the times.

He currently has enough hosting on his server to be able to pay half the colo money. that is why he's been offering DJ-files hosting for a few more bucks a month, so that he could hopefully be getting closer to having the server being paid by the community and by hosting deals with other clients. |
