Even I know Magenta, I think I bought a rave ticket off of her once. Sorry Lee! Just keep it cool man, dont let past get the better of you. Psst, past has passed, and it is in the past. ;)

Yeah, more on topic, montreal IS damn small. Scenes interact alot, and I'm not surprised at all that, for example, long ago I chilled with completely random (at the time) people at Saphir, who I ended up finding out knew and were even related to some 20+ people that I knew from all kinds of different surroundings that do not interrelate such as two of my ex-girlfriends, lots of friends, an ex-roommate, a current roommate, and a dealer. The only thing that is common to all of them is theyre english speakers. How freaky is that? And thats given I'm only in Montreal 8 years. Shit. And that wasnt the only time.

It's cool though, fun to discover how we know the same people and from where.

I have met lots of unrelated people who all hated the same person, because they had been a jerk on a metropolitan level... then I united all the people together

I have also met alot of people who had strong feelings about some individuals they never met. Usually those individuals were either celebrities, politicians or generally people in positions of power. Fame's the game, recognize the name. I wonder if the famous people themselves ever think twice about the large masses of commoners who talk, form opinions, and think they know anything. Nobody knows for sure, but I doubt it.

Alas, but the world is a small place ;)

When I was four me and iza acted in a play together. She played the lottle boy who saved my life.

When I was in grade 7 a whole bunch of people i hung out with at the time came to tipsys house to beat up his friend. I figured this out the first time we met. We also attended the same drama lessons and had alot of the same friends. Even tho that wasnt how we met.

Leonora went to school with one of my best friends in grade 8 when she was in grade 3 and they were best friends.

I went to school in grade 10 with whatee guy (we had math class together) for like a month. and he became friends with one of my (still) really good friends (jon). and also went out with isa.

Nik, your insightful comments hit the nail on the head as usual. And yes, I did fight not laughing at what I posted, and failed by smirking feverently a few times :)

By the way, sorry I missed 2k4. I got a really nasty flu just couple days prior, and was hoping to go until the last moment, when I realized I was just too fucked up to go. We'll have that drink another time soon, for sure.
