Actually, neoform is copying my avatar, that's not me.
As for knowledge vs. oppinion, I know for a fact that it does indeed make you poop green if you drink too much of it, on top of seeming to make me nauseous, dizzy and light headed, and therefore my oppinion is that it's not for me. |

spooky: you sure it wasn't from Faygo.. that made me poop green.. The reason is because of the food colouring... some kinds of kool-aid apparently have the same effect |

It's the green stuff, your suposed to put it in water 'cause it's like super concentrated. If my batteries didn't die I'd take a picture of the bottle, but it's the same stuff. |

the cholorphyl (or chlorophylle for you frenchies) is super concentrated green goop you mix with water and drink. it comes in various flavours, as it can be produced from various sources.
it made you dizzy? how much water were you drinking and how fast? too much water intake leads to lowered levels of sodium and if you are replacing them, you will get dizzy. sounds like it was just a reaction however, you can try various kinds of cholorphyl derived from different sources if you are really keen of introducing a liquid cholorphyl supplement into your diet. |

just eat your vegies instead of popping vitamins pills and drinking chlorophyl.. damn on that site it sounds like it's a cure for cancer even
sketchy |

they also make chlorophyll pills. but they are usually covered in gel caps which means they are vegetarian (if thats a concern). at any rate, liquid supplements are way more preferable over their pill counterparts. |

hey, im vegan and vegetables are my main source of food intake and i still drink that shit.
its true nothing beats a healthy and balanced diet, but lets be honest here, who really eats everything they should be? supplements shouldnt replace a healthy diet, but they can help in areas where one isnt getting their proper daily intake. that being said, a lot of the supplements out there are just money making schemes and a lot of ppl dont take them properly. which is why you should always consult with a dietician or doctor. as for you pill munching ravers, i was going to write a comment about ppl thinking all supplements = placebo cause their st john wort is working to take away the depression their 3 week meth binge caused, but i figured it was a little out of line considering i dont know anyone on here, heh. ;) |
