| ive never had my lip peirced but friends who have gotten it didnt wait long and everything was fine.. id waitmaybe another 2 weeks or so and then change it... i mean its not like we really waited to change our tongue rings either.. even though we were supposed to wait like waht a months or so...( waited a week!) |

it depends for every person. i was too worried to change mine. so I waited 2 and a half months, but I think you should be fine after at least one.
rule of thumb: if its still sore, dont change it. |

had mine for 3 months an it never healed! ahah mostt days, one side of my lip had elephantitis. those boobs! they pierced it IN my lip, blasted. ahha it was fun while it lasted though... awe. |
