| It just picked up a little for me, I'm getting more decent speeds now (3-4k/s) but still, it's odd. I'm getting fast download times off of every other site I go to. |

It happens to me sometimes.
If one of the hops that you use to connect to ravewave is lagged Then the site will lag for you.
You can trace route ravewave and see which hop is lagged. So go in dos and type tracert [ www.rave.ca ] |
