 Coolness: 60390 | I remember discovering IRC back in like 98 and downloading all sorts of crap off of file servers.
I also remember downloading my first MP3 off a website on a 33.6K connection, back before MP3s were widespread, back before P2P. My first MP3 was Breakfast at Tiffany's. |

 Coolness: 340375 | my first mp3 collection consisted of 7 songs.
unfortunetly my computer at the time wasn't fast enough to play these mp3s.. so i had to convert em to AIFF (mac equivalent of wav), since my mac at the time had no FPU, it took 16 hours per mp3 to convert. ah the memories. |
