| It's a fun game but I find the problem with scrabble is that in every game theres always some dispute over whether or not something is a "real" word... Some people dont seem to understand that slang, ebonics, acronyms, and proper names are not allowed. I only play if everyone involved in the game agrees to using the same dictionary as a reference tool in case someone wants to challenge a word. |

| I beat my mother at Scrable once because she didn't believe me that "pht" is a word in the dictionary. My scrable skills are lethal. Chess on the other hand I can't play for shit. My 7 year old cousin beats me at chess. But I can beat him at connect four so it's all good. |

| On the game box cover that I have, it displays the word "Scabble" on the board along with the respective points for each letter. The irony is that "Scrabble" itself is a proper name and could never be used within the game itself. Consequently, It is my opinion that the game designers are cheaters themselves. Maybe one day I'll write them a letter of concern that they shouldn't promote cheating in their own game. |
