I *love* the "you have read up to here feature.

Funny how the bugger refuses to work properly.
Aparently, I've never read any messages in the Picture thread in Funny Games, yet new pages on Sarah's breakup thread that I haven't read ANY messages on say that I've read all the messages in this thread. |

it is working properly... unfortunately since this feature was not here forever, it does not know your last read pointers... think about it for a second... you need to have the pointers set which means messages you have not read (with the new system enabled) will not show you the last read properly... messages where the pointers have been set will work properly... |

No, on threads where I HAVE read them and it told me originally that I had never read anything in them ,it STILL occaisionally tells me that I've read all the messages (even if there are new ones after a post I've made)
When the bar DOES work, it's either a: 3-4 messages "up" from the new messages starting at messages that I've already read or b: 3-4 messages into the messages that I haven't read (as in, I'll have like 2 messages on TOP of the bar that are new, and like 6 below that are also new) |

ok new messages and last read messages are not the same...
LAST READ takes the place of where you have seen messages... NEW MESSAGES are the one which work with the pointers and resetting them... So you can have new messages which are not last read messages and so on... I will keep on testing it while I read message to see if I get any errors... |

Last Read doesn't take me to the last message I read. Quite often,it just apears in between messages that I have already read. Like, if I reply to a thread and, say, Sam and Galaksy posted before me, in the order that the messages would show up in the order:
1: Sam 2: Galaksy 3: Sam 4: Sam 5: Spooky Now, if my #5 is replying to Sam's message #4, then I've read message 4. When I go back and check the thread, say, after I see that Sam has posted a new message in the thread, things will look like this: 1: Sam 2: Galaksy --You Have Read Up To Here -- 3: Sam 4: Sam 5: Spooky 6: Galaksy 7: Sam |

i'd be cool if you added a feature where you could see which thread you've replied to. |

I still think a last few messages history in the profile like on ez board would be good |
