| Cloak: meat is not essential for testosterone levels, monounsaturated fats are. Whole plant foods like avocados,nuts,seeds,soybeans have all the fats I need without the bad fats that are in meat....
Working out major muscle groups (squats and stuff)also encourages the creation of testosterone and i work out every day...
Like i said....i have plenty of testosterone
