New Posting Problem

When I post a message, no matter how often I hit refresh, it shows only 1 new message in the discussion board menu, which is my last post. The only way to get rid of it is to go into another thread that someone else posted in, and then go back to the discussion board menu.

This is also an intermitent problem. It happens 3-4 times a day and goes away on it's own.

someone will have to write out the steps to take to get this problem...

re no steps. Once in a while, it just "happens", similar to the problem with the time change whenall of our posts after we bring the time back, show up sandwiched between the posts we did the previous hour, except that it just doesn't detect any new messages untill you actually try and access the forums.

yes but there is always a reason for something happening... for what you are talking about it's the time change... but for this it does not make sence...

I know. So far I haven't had it happen today. But usually, what happens is, I post in, say, General Discussions. I leave back to the Discussin Boards menu, and no matter how much I refresh, or hit Reset Pointers, it only shows one new message in General Discussions, which is the last one I posted. Yet when I go into the forum, other people have posted since then.
