| I have two sharp xg-e650u projectors they are old and only about 200 lumens. I've fuckt both the internal powersuplies by leting the machine over head... ok my I blew one then was very carful then my mom blew the other. Any ideas? I guess I could just buy another one and use the lamps from the first two as replacement bulbs... |

| Yo Julian, i have it in front of me in pieces. I figured out what happenned... When you or your mom had it placed near a wall, you cut off air circulation inside the unit, so, as a result, the heat sinks of all of the transistors (yes, all of them :P ) overheated, and so, burned the transistors. |

| uh, good luck! I are tansistors like resistors? hope it's fixable. I should have given both to you so you could swap parts for testing... but ya good luck. don't spend to much fixing it they don't go for that much anyway... as you can see
