| i thought it was so great! Jessica Biel kicked as much ass as Milla Jovovich in Resident Evil.
anybody know the actual story though? |

| Lindsay the plot is based on Ed Gein. He never actually chased anyone with a chainsaw that part was added in...but Ed Gein was purty fucked up none the less... |

| oh god... Texas Chainsaw Massacre is soooo loosely based on Ed Gein it's not even funny.
Ed Gein collected bodies from graveyards and disected them and kept all the "juicy bits" and did stuff with them. Furniture made from bones, belt made from nipples, and he even dug up his mother and skinned her to make a suit. His whole life he was raised by a very domineering mother who wouldn't let him have a life of his own, so when she died he didn't know how to live, so when he needed to know what to do, he'd put on his mother suit and pretend he was her. telling him what to do.
They also based Normand Bates (Psycho) and Buffalo Bill (Silence of the Lambs) on him, as well as a few movies like Deranged. |

| Listen to spookie.
He's the local horror expert, ja! BTW, did you interview Mister Elvis? |
|
Coolness: 686305
| Nope. Someone found out around where he was, but I never got around to leaving the house in time :( I'll get him.... |

| Its a great movie!
Everyone should see it atleast once. |

| Yeah, I love the guy that played leatherface! He was as brutal as the guy from part 3. Huge and strong and very powerful, as oposed to large and crazy and slightly funny. This guy had a purpose for killing, and he did it well. It's sooooo great. :P |

| He kinda sounds like Norman Bates meets Seymour Skinner...
I'm not even sure I wanna know who Pogo the Clown is....
Stephen King's "It" does NOT fall under an enjoyable moviegoing experience for me.

| hahahaha
omg, It!
lol
The first half of the movie is great, when their kids. But the rest when their adults fucking blows. I don't even see it as one movie so much as a movie with a sequel, 'cause sequels usually suck. |

| Texas Chainsaw Massacre did it for me. Jess can vouch for that. I kept squeeming in my seat and covering my face, it was soooooooo scary!! |
|
Coolness: 686305
| That wasn't scary! A little shocking at times, yes, but scary? There's a lot more scary movies than that! |
|
Coolness: 149530
| i thought it was very good... well made
and more shocking than scary... and more startling than anything else... like a loud sound when it was all quiet |
|
Coolness: 686305
| Yeah, it was really well made! I loved how, even though the movie was slick and smooth like a music video, it was still dirty as hell. Everything was filthy and dirty, except anything that could be used to cook with. (They hinted at canibalism, but just barely, and unless you know the original it's hard to catch) |
