I don't but I have friends who live around there and one time these girls got rocks thrown at them.....randomly, whoever was throwing those rocks didn't even know them. I live in Parc-X [ though.....ca ] beat that. I remember back in some election time, some party was stating that Parc-Extension was the poorest neighborhood or district in Canada.....last thing I heard, it's the 4th......I think the poorest now is the downton's East side of Vancouver with all the heroin junkies........we're movin' up baby. |

um,...you are somewhat mistaken,... Walkley is rated as one of (if not the)worst streets in all of Canada... the Mc donalds that used to be on the corner of walkley & cote-st-luc rd was the 1st Mc donalds to close across the nation...ever. not to mention all the other stores that were in that same strip shopping centre... its still abandonned cause no1 wants to run a business where your odds of getting held up are 99.9% !Phoenix! |

just every 2nd month the street gets taped off for homocide or rape, and the burgulary rate soars i've seen 20 plus cop vehicles in the area, with two identification trucks also, sketch biz but in all truth, recently the walkley area is very placid, and there are some other parts of mtl where the ghett is good, but no one can say that the ghetto just up my street ain't bad the mc do was subject to a theft at least once a week, ran by gangstahs selling out of it... but damn that area has charecter |
