I have used IE for a long time as my main browser but I started to get sick of the random crashes that sometimes occured in it...

I used opera for a while and now I am using mozilla firebird. I love tabbed browsing and the rendering in it is quite fast. It's easy to use and hasn't crashed or given me any problems...

Safari on OS X was quite impressive too...

Obviously, I'm an opera junkie. :) Tabbed browsing is great, dunno about mozilla, but opera renders pages damn fast too.

And, IE does get "random crashes" all the time. All I've ever used IE for is going to Opera's home page and downloading it when I first installed windows (like 5-6 months ago) and I haven't used it since. I start it up, and the front page it redirects me to (the [ my.msn.ca ] bullshit) prings up javascript errors that it asks me if I want to debug, then it just crashes and dumps me out.

lol, yeah, I think I'll use that as me excuse, too. :)

damnit I hope they get around to fixing msn6 support in trillian pro 2. I hate this msn6 crap. The windows are sooooooo big and waste so much space!

and wow, wtf, I just closed kazaa and the lights in my room got brighter...

maybe I need to slow down what I'm doing...

I will forever refere to "netscape" as "nutscrape", because that's what I'd rather be doing (with a rusty straight rasor no less) than sitting through nutscrape loading up and loading pages.

netscape 7.1 is not bad... they have that at school and I use it instead of IE because IE crashes within 5 minutes on any of dawson's shitty computers.

Netscape is alright

it is a gecko browser, just like Mozilla, just its as proprietary as IE

firebird is probably the fastest, least on my system, plus i think its the most compatible

opera is alright, i use it mainly for compatibility testing tho

netscape and ie are sluggish compared to the above two (again, on my system, anyones mileage may vary), but again i use em for compatibility...

and i like lynx.

Lynx is for cowards.

Just read raw IP packets directly, thats the real way to browse the web!
