sarah: yeah, i know. i do 40 mins of cardio, and 10-15 of muscle toning every night. my arms have really built up a lot, so i think thats why i havent lost the last 4 lbs - gained it in muscle mass.

still, tho.

i do the same- but only 4 days a week and thanks to my 15 hour school days i haven't been able to find the time more than twice a week for the past couple of weeks. (mind you my school work is harsh on it's own).
i haven't lost any more weight (jsut trying to keep off what i lost to begin with) but you can tell that my body composition is alot better. :)
