| joolie i hate not waking up during the night, it feels like a wasted night of sleep. i like to wake up around 4am and look at my clock and think i have 4 more hours to sleep. I even drink 2 glasses of water before i go to sleep so i wake up hahaha |

one oif the thigns i hate the most is waking up during the ngiht...i always feel unrested when i wake up like i ahvent had a full nights sleep...
i read somewhere that it actually takes u more energy to back asleep once youve woken up during the ngiht..therefore ur more tired than u should be....... i ono if its true or not, but it sounds logical enough.
and waking up with sinuses that r all bloacked reeeallly pisses me off :( |
