im going to ping the ethernet interface
and im going to ping the gateway (server)
at least that way ill know whats working and what isnt, narrowing there the problem lays. |

| The USB ports stopped working before this happened, say like a month ago, actually that happened shortly before i found out i had some W32 parite virus, which i have since cleaned out. |
