| pretty easy. Everyone gets a file with the samples in it, and you can't add anything else, just make a song with what your given, and you don't upload back MP3s, you upload the actualy IT/S3M/whatever file. |

Everyone had to use the default plugins/samples Fruity Loops comes with, then you exchange the FLP file only. |
