| "The technicians were using a cart to turn the satellite from vertical to horizontal, but they didnt have the cart bolted down properly, so when they began to tilt it, the whole satellite slid off the cart and hit the floor.
satellites are pretty fragile...they are built for a weightless environment and this is "severe" damage.... $239million project just got screwed in the pooch."
