Man, I just went through that list of best places to eat. All I gotta say is DAMN I can't believe SO many people have ABSOLUTELY no fucking taste.
Best cheap eats doesn't have Decarie Hotdogs on it. The only good "pricey eats" on that whole list is La Queue De Cheval, the rest of those places SUCK ASS. Best breakfast place isn't even on the list, it's Cosmopolitan in Laval. Best pizza is Pizzalicious in the waste. Best souvlaki, I can't understand why arahova beats out marathon, because arahova's "souvlaki" taste worse than the stuff you can buy at most 99cent pizza places. MARATHON is #1 for souvlaki. Best falafel/lebanese in general is Chez Jaques on Chabanel. Best fries is Frite Alors, at least it's #2, but it's not second to mcdonalds by a long shot. Best burger is at L'avenue on Mt. Royal. Best sea food is Lezvos, there's one on Mt. Royal and one one near Villa Maria metro. Best steak is Queue De Cheval, and anyone who argues this should just die. Best ribs, at least Cage Au Sports made the list, but THAT's the best. Best noodles, Zyng, hands down, no contest. Best buffet is NAN-King in chinatown. Best Portugese they actually got right! The place also makes the best quail in montreal. Best greek = Marathon, with Lezvos a close second. Best Carribean is Ma's Place. Best Japanese, people have no clue what they're talking about. Kaizan is good, but TREE HOUSE on the 2nd floor, also run by Kaizan, is the 3rd best sushi in the WORLD, let alone the city. Second best goes to Wi-Sushi, there's one in the waste and one in laval. Best coffee is Au Deux Marie. WTF is Second Cup even doing on the list? I swear, some people in this city just couldn't find a clue if it was clue mating season and they sprayed themselves with clue-musk. |

Yeah, so far the only fast-food horror stories that ISN'T an urban legend is the one about the chicken head found in McNuggets. It happened like 2 years ago I think, at the McDonalds in Bonnaventure, and a friend of my Ex had kept it to show it to us. |

besides- it says that it was a poll so it's not like that many people could get it wrong- everyone's opinion is worth just as much as yours |

All restaurants and bakeries are dirty. I used to work at Gourmet Privilege...sum nasty shit went down there, and that place is one of the higher end bakeries. |
