Bike Courier Gets Hogtied Downtown

 Coolness: 239300 | With The WTO in town the police have taken steps to show their true side when dealing with people. Franicine ( female bike courier) was jumped by 5 cops, tie wraped hands behind her back, thrown into a van for 15 minutes, cops took a knife and popped her tires on her bike. All this because she was talking to her distach abit too close to the bariers.
Another example why i don't trust cops since 2 years ago where i almost got clubed by police for asking to get into a building(i had to pickup something) during the same meetings. Lee |

you're (un)technically, out of the law loop, YOU ARE THE LAW, very Judge Dreadian of me...but really, being a cop, you are the laws, and you enforce them at your own will...that's power right there... some people like adrenaline, this is a pretty good job for that... the pay ain't shabby either, and i believe they have a fairly decent insurance plan n such... plus you get a gun... i've smoked some joints with cop cadets before, off duty of coarse, they're pretty chill, i just thinks it's when you get the power to things turn bad |

| Coolness: 142045 | all you need to do to get out safely when involved with the cops, is firstly, don't act agresively, don't act stupid, be calm, and mostly, get the first word in, like saying hello to them, or good evening...
if you do that, and you are cooperative with them, i garuntee, you'll walk away with nothing more than a, "next time..." cops are generally decent people (some of them even think i have beutiful eyes...man did i want her to frisk me) |

| Coolness: 239300 | I talked to the courier that had this done to her. She was paid by the police for the a new wheel(rim, inter tube, and tire). They still would not say sorry about it though. She is still not sure if she is going to push for more action to be taken agaist the police or not?
