| yeah one good ressource ive found and never though it would hold any good info was the fucking MIRROR,VOIR(free newspaper in the metro or in any shop downtown)
they have pages at the end and i saw about 10-15 different studio for different requirements!
anyways check it out im sure youll find something close to your place and your budget!
