but i wether you like it or not it was the biggest concert of the year....loved it, if i had payed a 100$ for those tickets it woulda been worth it, missed mudvayne but i heard them while i was waiting in the line up for an hour and a half, i got trashed in the mosh pit. i still got black shit coming out of my nose every time i blow it
i stayed for like half of metallica's set cause i was so fuckin tired and well i dont really like metallica...good times |

| I went for Deftones then left (is it just me or it's members keep getting fatter?). I would have stayed for Metallica but my friend told me that their new bassist wouldn't know how to play much of their old song therefore they would perform what's on there new album (which sucks ass) so I got scared and left. So essentially I paid 95$ for one band AND today, I found out from the dude who works at the dep near my house that Metallica only played two of there new songs and the rest was the usual (i.e. Fade to black, Master of puppets, One and so on). Next time Metallica comes down, if they're going to charge 95$ for a show they should tour with better bands. |

| Metallica's new bassist = really fucking good. He was Ozzy's bassist for a while and also played for another band that I'm too drunk to remember the name of at the moment.
And frankly, afte trying to force myself to listen to the defotnes, for the past 2 months, I just cannot get into their stuff. they aren't inovative, don't have an original sound, and all the singer can do is whine into a microphone with one goddanmn melody. happy hardcore isn't half as repetitive or anoying as defotnes are. |

happy hardcore isn't half as repetitive or anoying as defotnes are.
I can live through a Deftones' show (I have seen them once before) but Happy Hardcore....that's just......dude I don't even have a word for it.......and if I do find that word, I know shouldn't use it either.....sorry. |

| I would have loved to see mudvayne...
All my friends went and from what i heard Mudvayne went on at 245 and not 3 like originally planned. They only played for 30 mins also (6 songs). Then deftones who i love, but the new shit is so horrible i want to smack chino and tell him to take a break, and try to get his voice back. But deftones only played for 45 mins. I heard Likkin Park played a fucking wicked set, prolly the best set...Chesters voice was flawless, which is very impressive.
What pissed me off was that Limp and Metallica's set were 2hours and 3 hours...Fuck that. I'd rather listen to R. kelly. |
