| is there a software out there that's best for making midi's without the use of external hardware... like make the notes with my mouse and save the .mid for importing into fruity loops? |

| you can do it in fruity loops. or use any midi sequencer! (get started on cubase) |

| it's easier to do it in fruity than another program... But putting together notes with a mouse sucks no matter what. Thats one reason why I like buzz and the tracker interface because you can "type" notes quickly with the keyboard.
Programs like cubase suck ass if you don't have a midi controller, anyway. |
