Ok so, sorry about the delay, normally this stuff goes up on Tuesday, but this week just made more sense, i've 2 shipments worth of stuff to put up here, so grab a cup of coffee and put on your thinking cap:
[DRUM & BASS] Klue - Lie Cheat & Steal PART 2 on Commercial Suicide. And you thought it couldn't get any better? Here's part 2 of the 3 part album, and this time, you get 4 straight up cuts of dancefloor material...Evo Sniffer, Candy Ass, Take A Breath (that's the AMEN SMASHER) and Ether. Rascal & Klone/Black Sun Empire - Wild Card/Gun Cellar on Transparent. You asked for it (every goddamn day), and it's finally here! The notorious 'transglobal' series comes back for a second installment, I don't have to tell you how good this is, look at the artists.... Various - Soul:ution Series 1 Part 3 on Soul:r. This tracklisting speaks for itself: DJ Marky & XRS - Real Good, D Kay - Devotion, Calibre - It's..., Artifitial Intelligence - Ever On. Buy on sight. Gridlock - The Search/Horizon on Audio Blueprint. The final release form this legendary label finally sees the light of day...Gridlok has the honors here as this track goes on a 'Return Of Forever' type of vibe...a must have for followers of the sound...and you can rest assured it will never be available again. Various - Here Comes Trouble [The Remixes] on TOV. Once again, you have to hear it to believe it: Twisted Individual takes on the classic Enta Da Dragon, Dillinja remixes Killa Bees, Calibre remixes Just A Vision, and even Keaton joins in on another Twist 'em Out remix. Also featuring remixes from a couple of guys you may have heard of...D Kay AND Dom & Roland. Xample & Sol - Sonic Sleaze/Limiter on Hard Leaders. This is one of my favorite records in this week, these guys are new to the scene but you can imagine if they already have their own single on Hard Leaders, they must have a good thing going.....i highly suggest checking this one out. Various - Renegade Rollers Vol.3 - on Renegade. More smooth funky shit for your ass, Tronik 100, TC1 & Stress Level, Junior Cartel and Cam representing on this sweet little double-pack. 60 Minute Man & DJ Touch - Ten Love EP on Intercom. EZ Rollers finally get rid of the lame graphic design and jump into the 20th century with a hot new EP from 60 Minute Man and a sleek new look for their label...features the usual funky sounds you'd expect from this camp. Paul B & Subwave - Something Sick/Break Through on DSCI4. I shouldn't even bother puttign this record up here...it will be sold out by the time you read this. Illformants - The Bizarre/Godspot on Subtitles. The latest from Tee Bee's label see's Illformants coming back for a second 12". Another solid release means another sell-out release for Subtitles. Roni Size - REMIXES on Full Cycle. Ray Keith takes a crack at Siren Sounds and Drumsound & Simon 'Bassline' Smith give 'At The Movies' the dancefloor treatment! Kemet Crew - Amen Heaven on Kemet. Ragga Junglists beware. This shit is REAL old school, we had it once before and naturally it sold out very quickly. Basically, these are all OLD Kemet tunes that never got release from back in the day, now on a sick double pack that is untouchable. Loxy & Keaton - Judgement Day on Xtinction Agenda. The hard boys get together and start their own label to show everyone how it's done. Featured the Resurrection Mix and the VIP mix. Marcus Intalex & ST Files - Barracuda/Freaky on Revolve:r. The new label from the people that brought you Soul:R, Marcus Intalex & ST Files come at you with the CRAZY shit....first release, don't miss it! Dylan - Trapped In Beats Vol.4 on Outbreak. You've been waiting..and now it's here...features the Amen Remix of Dylan & Ink's 'Need You Now'. Also included is the bomb track 'Intoxication' as well as Faith In Chaos's 'Requiem' and another downtempo tune 'The Lair'. Stakka - Intransit/Junkyard on Crago. Second release, secong shipment, we sold out of this last week, and for good reason. This record combines hard tech, with funk, and keeps it all dancefloor. Both sides are phenomenal. Typecell - Egomatric (Sinthetix-Rob F RMX)/Alone in the Dark on Protogen. Sinthetix kick ass, and so does this record...ask G! Gridlok - Under The Knife/Mirage on Suddendef. Two releases in one week for american producer Gridlok, this guy cannot be stopped. Various - Research & Development Vol.1 on Sonix. Aquasky bring the ruckus, featuring one tune of theirs and a remix by Trace! Also new material from my main man STRATUS and newcomers Xample & Sol. Kiko - Passport/Ronin on Ohm Resistance. Hot. JuJu - Space Vato/Voodoo on Invaders. Also hot. Deep Blue/Justice - Do You Voodoo? Smooth...and hot. Punjabi MC - VIP Jungle Mix ok...this isn't hot. [BREAKS] Dub Pistols - Dog Town Clash EP Part 1 on Distinctive. features a Coloursound Collective Remix. Dub Pistols - Dog Town Clash EP Part 2 on Distinctive. features a Paul Daley Remix. Ils - Y4K on Distinctive. Features 3 hot tunes from FC Kahuna, Fight Alone and UFO. Killer Elite - Triggaman (Elite Force RMX)/Tabloid on TCR. Disco Assasins - Step Inside/Buzz Saw on Super Charged. Everything But The Girl - Wrong (Plump DJ's RMX) on White. Peace! |
