| It would apear to be some variety of larva (possibly of a screw fly) eating at her fatty breast tissue. I can assure you that this picture is fake despite the realness of it all. First of all, had it been real, the holes in her breast would have some shineyness around the edges where liquids, and juices are being expelled by her body. Secondly, with all of those holes in her breast, and given the devellopmental stages of the larva, there would definately be some form of infection, tenderness, or pinkness at the very least. Lastly, given the size of the aveoli, one would naturally assume that there would be some nipple tissue remaining or visible due to the fact that proportionality would ensure a nipple larger than one of those bug holes.
