| Once I took a weight lifing suplement called cut-up that's now off the market. Basically it burnt the fat clear off of your body by raising your metabolism. FUCK the ephedra in there could kill a horse. I was having shisha with my girlfriend and her cousin + wife (trying to make a good impression). I wanted to run around in circles and scream but my heart was pumping super fast and I could hear it in my ears. Goddamn. You can Still get something with ephedra at weightlifitng stores. Don't ask for ephedra though cause they'll deny it, just read the labels of the fat burners. If it's a fat burner that has "helps nasal congestion" on the bottle, read the ingredients, it's probobly got ephedra in it.
If you want really good ephedra, go to China town and find an herb called MA HUANG. That's where ephedra is taken from. |

| Firedrene should still be available in some weight shops. 50mg ephedrin + 250 mg caffeine. Ripped Fuel are also available (That's what I used to take) But it's like 8mg ephedrin per pill only. |
