 Coolness: 174815 | It had something to do with the matrix. There are two ways to escape the matrix. The main method we see is that you figure something isn't right, and then you are helped out. The other, which is viewed in World record, is that you surpass the limits of human capabilities. That alone causes brain stimulation of some sort and wakes you from the matrix. The problem being...there are no rebels to extract you from the incubation pods when you awake. Thus you are still caught and reintegrated into the matrix. Yet with this plot, even after his memory was erased of the whole event, he refused to be compliant with the matrix' reality and rules. Thus he became an anomaly and almost escaped again.
I’m sure you knew this, but that was the point of the movie. What I did not understand was the two walnuts in his fist, and when we began to raise from the wheel chair and dropped them…screaming sumthing about “free” “free”…perhaps he will never have his memory erased from that the matrix is just a false world…I guess sometimes are open to interpretation. |
