i know this girl she is 165 or so at 5'9 and she looks damn good.. she does alot of sports and is very fit, you can see her abs
for one im 195lbs and i doubt anyone would call me fat hehe and i plan on getting to the 230lbs mark WITHOUT getting a belly.. muscle weighs more than fat

| i'm losing weight again, no appetite anymore. it's kind of umm... not good. i think i'm 110 now but at 115 i feel big but that's cause i remained under 100 until grade 12. gaining 10 pounds this summer from bad eating habits in montreal and the full fridge at the Reid household was not a good thing.
and my waist is 23.5" so haha |
