I am giving Ashtanga Yoga classes on Wednesday nites in Outremont (1214 van horne) from 6:30 - 8:30. Because I have to pay for the place, it is 10$ per class and I ask people to reserve in advance, that way if I don't have anyone 48hrs in advance, i can cancel and don't have to pay for the place.
